Kada pogledate fitness modele i takmičarke, čini vam se da iza njihovih izvajanih tela stoje godine i godine vežbanja, život u kome mere na kašičicu obroke, teretana i stroga disciplina koja nalaže ustajanje u tačno određeno vreme, tri treninga dnevno i minimum osam sati sna.

Istina je da je osnovna karakteristika koja izdvaja rekreativce od takmičara zapravo upornost.

Dijana Đajić, na prvom takimičenju na kome se pojavila, Jagodina Open, osvojila je zlatnu medalju za debitanatski nastup, a potom je nastavila da niže uspehe na Državnom prvenstvu i Kupu Beograda, gde je osvojila srebrne medalje.

Ono što je najbitnije je da su pripreme za njen nastup i osvajanje zlata trajale samo pet meseci.

Pitali smo Dijanu, koliko dugo se bavila sportom pre prvog takmičenja?

Nikada se ranije nisam bavila sportom. Osim par sezonskih odlazaka na neke od grupnih treninga, ako se to uopšte računa . Imala sam tu sreću da nikada nisam imala problema sa kilažom a sa teretanom sam se prvi put srela u svojoj 25. godini.

Pripreme su trajale 5 meseci, a koliko su zapravo bile naporne?

Kada se spremate za ovu vrstu takmičenja prva stvar koja je bitna to je da napravite “dobru podlogu”. Budući  da ja nisam imala izgrađen apsolutno nijedan mišić na telu trebalo je u isto vreme izgraditi mišićnu masu i smanjiti procenat masti za veoma kratak period što je jako teško. Ipak, nikada se nije desilo, niti mi je ikada pala na pamet misao da odustanem. I pored toga što sam svakodnevno provodila 8h na poslu, koji se nalazio na jednom kraju grada, Fitness club Vladica koja je na potpuno drugom kraju i moj stan na trećem, samo na putavanja koja su mi oduzimala po 3h dnevno odlazilo je mnogo vremena. Posebno u letnjem periodu kada su temperature bile i do +40, a u gradskom prevozu su najveće gužve. Nije bilo ni malo lako, ali kada imate jaku želju i jasan cilj ništa na ovom svetu ne može da vas poljulja i natera da od svog cilja odustanete.

Devojke obično misle da će korišćenjem tegova postati preterano mišićave? Kakve su reakcije bila na tvoju fizičku promenu?

To je jedna od najvećih zabluda. Što se tiče moje promene bilo je različitih reakcija. Od onih koji su mi se divili do drugih koji su mislili da sam previše mišićava ili mršava.

Koliko puta treniraš na nedeljnom nivou?

U pripremnom periodu je to šest puta nedeljno, tri puta vežbe sa tegovima i tri puta kardio trening. U “off sezoni “ tri puta nedeljno,  i to uglavnom vežbe sa tegovima.

Kako izgleda tvoj plan ishrane? U takmičarskom periodu i posle.

Ne radim ništa šablonski, pa ni ishrana nije definisana po nekom uobičajenom planu. U toku prvih priprema je to išlo dosta agresivno zbog manjka vremena. Ishranu i trening mi vodi Vladica Jovanović, i u suštini to je proteinska dijeta sa određenin količinama ugljenih hidrata i masti. Nismo zagovornici nekih tipskih dijeta jer je u ishrani bitno da budu zastupljeni i ugljeni hidrati i masti i proteini. Bitno je uzimati ih u pravo vreme i pravim količinama.

Kakvi su uslovi u Srbiji za profesionalno bavljenje fitnessom i bodibildingom?

Takmičarski skoro nikakvi. Jedina dobra stvar je što se kod nas polako podiže svest o fitnessu pa se nadam da ce sve više ljudi biti okrenuto ka zdravom životu, da će više vremena posvećivati svom izgledu i odlasku u teretanu, pa se samim tim kroz trenerski posao, trud i zalaganje može nesto naplatiti. U drugim zemljama je mnogo drugačije i sve je na daleko boljem nivou.
